• Head north on S Wadsworth Blvd toward W Center Ave for 1.5 miles and get on US-6 E.
• Continue on US-6 E for about 3 miles.
• Use the right 3 lanes to merge with I-25 S and continue for 9.2 miles.
• Take I-225 N and continue for 6 miles.
• Use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 7 for Mississippi Ave.
• Continue left on Mississippi Ave for about a mile, and Destiny Internal Medicine will be on your left.

From Foxfield

• Get on CO-83 N in Aurora from E Arapahoe Road.
• Keep left and continue on CO-83 N for 5.2 miles.
• Turn right and continue onto S Peoria Street, 1.6 miles.
• Turn right onto E Jewell Ave. After 0.45 miles, turn right onto S Potomac Street.
• Continue left for 0.1 miles, and Destiny Internal Medicine will be on your left.

From Sterling Hills

• Head west on E Dickenson Pl and get onto  E Wesley Dr for half a mile.
• Turn left onto E Iliff Ave and continue for 3.7 miles.
• Exit E  Iliff Ave, turn right onto S Vaughn Way, and continue for 0.5 miles.
• S Vaughn Way and turn right onto E Jewell Ave. After 0.45 miles, turn right onto S Potomac Street.
• Continue left for 0.1 miles, and Destiny Internal Medicine will be on your left.

From Laredo Highline

• Head south on N Laredo St and turn right after 0.6 miles to get onto CO-30 W/E 6th Ave for 1.3 miles.
• Turn left to merge onto I-225 S and continue for 1.8 miles.
• Take the right lane to exit and get onto Mississippi Ave for 0.3 miles.
• Turn left onto  S Potomac St and continue left for Destiny Internal Medicine.
